Man smoking in the bath

One of my favourite new pieces of artwork.  

An expressive overflowing bath the water kicking across the panel and a simple image of a man smoking in the bath. Simple pleasures.

A collection of one off oil paintings on canvas boards.

They are sold in a tray frame.

With the frames the pieces measure 33.5cm x 28.5cm x 3cm.

When I paint larger oil paintings I decided to use these smaller canvas boards as palettes to mix the paints and colours I required. What I was left with were truly beautiful expressive and quite abstract artworks. After looking into them I found I saw images and shapes which were unconsciously created. Brushstrokes and forms which created these naive and tactile collection.

I love the fact they are unplanned.
